计量阀是一种带锥形密封座的气动隔膜阀。

用至少 4 巴压力（正常 6 巴）的空气对气缸加压，打开阀门； 切断控制气后，靠弹簧力重新关闭。

阀体内部是 PTFE 隔膜，可保护气缸的金属部件免受计量介质的影响。

为避免阀门中的产品硬化，所有产品接液部件均由聚四氟乙烯制成。 产品通过计量尖端进料到计量点。

The metering valve is a pneumatically-operated Diaphragm valve with a tapered sealing seat.

Pressurizing the pneumatic cylinder with air at least 4 bar pressure (normal 6 bar) opens the valve; it is closed again by spring force after the control air is shut off.

Inside the body of the valve is a PTFE diaphragm, which protects the metal parts of the pneumatic cylinder from the metered medium.

To avoid product hardening in the valve all product wetted parts are made of Teflon. The product is fed to the metering point by a metering tip.
